Will I be working with the same HR Business Partner the whole time? What if they go on vacation?
Yes, you will have a dedicated HR Business Partner who you will collaborate with on a regular and on-going basis. From a coverage standpoint, we prepare checklists, processes and standard operating procedures for each client and have assigned back-ups for each HR Business Partner so that there are redundancies in place to provide coverage for illness, vacation, or unexpected absences.
