Naria Le Mire is a registered dietitian and nutrition coach who’s passionate about helping her clients break the “diet” cycle and find out how to make all foods fit.

She creates individualized nutrition plans for her clients to meet their individual goals, from sustainable weight loss to FODMAP-friendly and everything in between.

Along with the recent launch of her business, Naria released a podcast, the Naria Le Mire Show, where she covers all things nutrition. 

Right now, Naria’s main goals are:

  1. Grow her business sustainably, and 

  2. Increase revenue. 

By the end of this year, Naria would like to reach $100,000 in revenue. But in order to reach her financial goals, she needed help strengthening the structure of her business.

The Problem

When Naria started working with us, she had her eyes set on some big financial goals.

But between her business and her new podcast, she had a lot on her plate. Naria knew that in order to achieve her desired revenue, she needed help planning and completing the everyday tasks to help her business reach its full potential. 

Additionally, she needed help forecasting her revenue for the year and getting her financial data straight.

Where mission edge came in

One of the first things our finance expert worked with Naria on was how to prioritize her workload.

They also worked together to set up some money management tools. Now, Naria has a Quickbooks account that’s connected to her banking and automatically pulls reports so she can see how she’s doing. She also has Stripe, a payment system that helps streamline her sales process. 

With a better understanding of her current financial situation, Naria is able to forecast her revenue for the year ahead.

The solution

After working with us, Naria has become confident in her ability to get things done as she works toward her goals, which in turn makes it easier to forecast for the future.

The results of her work are already paying off. In 2023 alone, Naria was able to double  her revenue — and it’s only looking up!
